Your emails don’t have to be long. Simply asking them to pass the bill would be helpful. The hearing is Monday!
Here is more information regarding SB 6241 which will limit the out of pocket expenses consumers have to pay for their health insurance on an annual basis to include medical services and surgical services, mental health services and prescription drugs. This bill is being supported by the American Cancer Society, Arthritis Foundation and MS Society and the TBI Survivors Network Development Project.
Call to action – voice your support of this bill by emailing the Senate health committee and urging your members to do the same. This bill will be heard this Monday at 1:30! Our goal is to get as many advocates to urge for passage as possible. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
